Also we have felt the running costs have been really efficient due to the design. All the bathrooms have separate towel rails which can be powered through electric which is ideal for drying clothes in the colder months without really turning up the heating. 

Location wise, ideally situated near the M3 for easy motorway access along with the neighbouring towns of Farnborough and Fleet. Morrisons is literally a 5mins walk away and there are two local pubs with great food within a 2-5min walk. There is no noise from either as they are family style pubs rather than high street chains.
