This beautiful detached four-bedroom family home, perfectly positioned and set back from the road, is neatly nestled within just a few similar homes overlooking the many acres of protected woodland in Fernhurst Village.
The house itself offers fantastic and versatile accommodation, with designated spaces for dining, working and relaxing. The living room benefits from a stunning wood burning stove and large windows with views overlooking your garden and the treetops behind you. With space for a dining table, or football table in this instance, you can see how the space works well for entertaining.
Head upstairs to a generous landing where you will find four double bedrooms, all bright and spacious, with the principal bedroom having the privilege of an ensuite, whilst the remaining three bedrooms have use of the main family bathroom.
Outside enjoys a large level garden with separate patio, lawn and decking areas, perfect for al fresco dining, kicking a ball around, enjoying a vino or creating a gardeners haven.
On the fringes of Haslemere with its easy access for commuters, Fernhurst offers a taste of country living with the convenience of a town location. Stunning walks and many local independent businesses, if you haven’t explored Fernhurst as a potential place to call home, you need to see this house.
I still remember the special feeling when we first arrived here, the way the back of the house and garden opens up onto views of Blackdown; there is a real connection to the beautiful National Park surroundings and a feeling of space we just didn’t find in other properties.
We have loved the location, as it combines fantastic countryside all around with being a short distance from the coast and London. The village has everything you need on the doorstep and is a wonderful community, that we really enjoyed connecting with over our time here.
The house itself is well proportioned and ideal for family life. We have loved our time here and hope the new owners will too.
